Phoenix Bio-Tech Corp. and partner company Airmid Medical Corp. are pleased to announce that the Canadian distribution as of January 1^st, 2008 will be marketed under one new name Phoenix Airmid Biomedical Corp.  All products sold in Canada (the autoimmune and infectious diagnostic test kits, including our automation solutions), using the name Phoenix Bio-Tech Corp. and all the  Airmid Medical Corp. products (TD-100, TD-5 and other TEE accessories), will now be sold under the name Phoenix Airmid Biomedical Corp.

 

We have enjoyed great success selling these products under the Phoenix Bio-Tech Corp. name for the past 14 years.  Recently, we made a business decision to promote the products under the new signature to help achieve global market visibility and recognition.
